Shipping Policy
  • Shipping time may vary by product. Multiple shipments may occur for orders that contain more than one product. For an approximate ship window please refer to the product detail page of the item that you are ordering.


  • A shipping notification will be e-mailed to the billing address e-mail, as entered during the checkout process, after each item in an order ships. The notification will detail the product(s) that has shipped, the shipping method, as well as a confirmation or tracking number.


  • Products may be shipped via UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.


  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or Military APOs.
Exchange and Return Policy
Customers may return or exchange a product under the following guidelines:
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to incur the shipping on a returned or exchanged item. In the event of an exchange the 10% restocking fee does not apply.


  • Products that are damaged from usage (wearing, dropping, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.


  • All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a sheet of paper detailing the authorization number that was issued by our customer service department, as well as the reason for the return/exchange.


  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition and have all original tags still attached. The items must also be placed in their original packaging and accompanied by all instructions and other literature.


  • Exchanges and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.


  • Customer is responsible for additional shipping in the event of an exchange.


  • Please use the Contact Us page to initiate an exchange or return.  Provide your order number and customer name, as well as reason for exchange or return, in the form that is provided on the Contact Us page.  We will reply within 24 hours with an authorization number and a return address, which will enable you to proceed with the exchange or return.


  • All returns and exchanges will be fully inspected for usage/damage, once they arrive at our warehouse.
